Far from the Highlands

We often see eagles and other birds of prey whilst sailing on our Mile Building courses off Scotland but this fellow is closer than most of birds of prey get to the boat. It is part of the efforts to scare starlings away, a common problem in many Marinas. In Sydney we regularly had problems with Sulphur Crested Cockatoos who would perch up top and then eat the wind intruments or aerial.
